The Experience
What happens inside the room.
Sessions run from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm — and the work doesn't stop there. Each evening, participants gather for small group dinners with BSE's instructors: successful entrepreneurs, investors, and masters in their fields. Not a keynote speaker who disappears after their session. People who sit down with you, look at your business, and tell you what they actually see.
BSE operates on two major tracks running simultaneously throughout the week
Track 1
The Business Success Model
A deep dive into the Excellerated framework — the proven sequence for producing extraordinary results in business. You will learn new information, strategies, and distinctions. You will be stretched as a leader. And you will apply everything in real time, not as a theory you take home and figure out later.
Track 2
The World Game
Originally designed by R. Buckminster Fuller, the World Game is a live simulation of global resource strategy that forces you to think at a scale most entrepreneurs never reach. For the Class of 2027, BSE introduces the fully digital, AI-integrated version — the same framework that has shaped leaders for over 45 years, rebuilt for the world we're actually operating in.
The Capstone
By the end of the week, you'll have built a business from scratch — and competed for real prizes.
One of BSE's signature experiences is the in-program Trade Show: a live exercise where you and a small team of peers design, build, and launch a new business from the ground up — doing real market research, production planning, sales and marketing, finance and capital formation — and then presenting it to the room.
The winning team takes home a cash prize funded by participant contributions. The value isn't just the prize — it's the experience of applying everything you've learned under real pressure, with real stakes, before you take it back to your actual business.
By the time you leave, you'll have already done it once.
