Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I enroll?

BSE is limited to 100 participants per cohort — by application only. The first step is booking a Clarity Call with one of our team members, who will learn about what you're building and confirm whether BSE is the right fit for where you're going.

What kind of people attend BSE?

What kind of people attend BSE? Participants come from every industry, background, and stage of business. What they share is a commitment to growth — and the willingness to do something about it. A typical cohort includes:

- Established business owners ready to scale, exit, or step out of the day-to-day

- Entrepreneurs in their first 1–5 years who want to build it right from the start

- Professionals and executives transitioning into their own ventures

- Intrapreneurs bringing entrepreneurial thinking inside larger organizations

- Leaders building foundations and impact organizations

- Investors looking to deepen their understanding of how businesses actually work

Is BSE related to any religious organization?

No. BSE is completely non-denominational and non-religious. Participants come from diverse spiritual and cultural backgrounds, and none are imposed in the program. The program does acknowledge a broader sense of purpose and social responsibility — but in a way that is inclusive of all beliefs.

Does BSE have a track record globally?

BSE has been running for nearly five decades, with over 250,000 graduates across 99 countries — including more than 85 Chinese-market Business Schools since 2001. The principles have been proven effective across every culture, industry, and background. Human nature is the same everywhere.

Is this a "sales event" where I'll be pitched products?

No. Instructors and returning alumni are businesspeople who have products and services — but they are not at BSE to pitch. The program is designed so that everything you learn can be applied immediately, without additional purchases. The environment is built around adding value, not creating pressure.

What will I leave with?

The outcomes vary by person and by the season of business they're in — but across the board, participants leave with:

- A clear view of what has been limiting their results — and what to do about it

- A new thinking framework that applies to every business decision going forward

- Specific strategies for revenue growth, team building, and market expansion

- A planning methodology originally used by NASA

— applied to their own business

- Leadership skills practiced under real pressure, not just discussed in theory

- Tools to build a business that runs without their direct involvement every day

- A global network of graduates across 99 countries who do business with each other

- Lifetime access to any BSE anywhere in the world, at zero tuition

Most participants describe it as the best business decision they've made. The ones who apply what they learn typically multiply their investment many times over.

How will BSE benefit me financially?

If you apply what you learn — in your business and in your life — you will make many times your investment, as many participants before you have.

Robert Kiyosaki, for example, took one strategy from BSE and built it into the framework behind Rich Dad Poor Dad — the best-selling personal finance book of all time. He went on to find Sharon Lechter, who helped make him a household name. The principles he used to build his wealth trace back to this program.

The program also teaches you to recognize and leverage assets you didn't know you had — networks, relationships, intellectual property, and positioning — which often have more value than the financial strategies themselves.

This organization defines wealth as: access to cash, resources, networks, investments, experts, and support. BSE gives you all of those.

I'm an employee, not a business owner. Can this help me?

Yes. Employees who attend BSE typically become significantly more valuable to their organizations — earning more, contributing more, and in many cases being offered partnership or equity faster than they would have otherwise.

BSE also gives employees who are considering starting their own business an honest look at what entrepreneurship actually requires — before they invest their own time, money, and energy. Some leave more committed than ever to going out on their own. Others discover that their strength is inside a great organization — and that's an equally valuable outcome.

I'm a professional (doctor, dentist, attorney). Is this relevant to me?

Absolutely. The principles taught at BSE are generalized — they apply across industries and professions. Many professionals attend specifically because they want to build a practice that isn't entirely dependent on them being present. At BSE, you'll learn how to systematize, leverage, and lead — so that your business works for you, not the other way around.

My business is doing well. Why would I attend?

Because "doing well now" is not the same as being positioned for where the world is going.

The most successful people in any field continue investing in how they think — not just what they know. BSE has hosted Olympic athletes, bestselling authors, and billionaires who came specifically to take their thinking to a level they couldn't reach alone.

Growth is not optional. You are either expanding or contracting. BSE gives you the environment, the tools, and the people to expand deliberately.

What is the Business Success Model?

The Business Success Model is the proprietary framework at the heart of BSE — a sequenced approach to producing extraordinary results in business and life. It integrates strategy, leadership, communication, financial intelligence, and personal alignment. It was built by people who used it to grow a $25,000 real estate investment to $60 million in three years — and has been refined across 48 years and 250,000 graduates.

What is the World Game — and what's different about the 2027 version?

The World Game was originally designed by R. Buckminster Fuller as a live simulation of global resource strategy. At BSE, it has always been one of the signature experiences — forcing participants to think at a scale most entrepreneurs never reach in their day-to-day.

For the Class of 2027 in Cancun, BSE is introducing the fully digital, AI-integrated version of the World Game. Same foundational framework. Rebuilt for the world we're actually operating in now. It is a genuinely unique experience that has never been available before.

What is the philosophy behind BSE?

BSE's work has been shaped over decades by four masters: Dr. R. Buckminster Fuller, Dr. Georgi Lozanov, Dr. W. Edwards Deming, and Ilya Prigogine. The educational framework was originally designed by Marshall Thurber, and has been led and evolved by Dame Doria (DC) Cordova since the program's earliest days.

The core premise: your business will never grow beyond the person running it. Everything taught at BSE — strategy, systems, leadership, communication — is grounded in that truth.

Why don't you publish an hour-by-hour schedule?

The Excellerated Learning technology works in part because participants arrive without preconceived expectations about each session. A daily schedule is provided at the program — but not the specific content or instructor names in advance. This is intentional, and it works.

What you will know: sessions run from 7:30am to 8:30pm, followed by small group dinners with instructors. The two major program experiences are the World Game simulation and the Trade Show.

What is the Trade Show?

The Trade Show is one of BSE's signature capstone experiences. During the week, you and a small team of peers build a new business from scratch — market research, production, distribution, sales and marketing, and capital formation. By the end of the week, you present it at an exclusive in-program trade show, with cash prizes for the winning team.

The point isn't the prize. It's the experience of applying everything you've learned under real pressure, with real consequences, before you take it back to your actual business. By the time you leave Cancun, you'll have already done it once.

Is this accelerated learning — and does it actually work?

Yes. BSE is built on Accelerated Learning methodology, developed by research psychologists and professional educators. Research by Don Schuster, professor of psychology at Iowa State University, found that it produced at least 300% improvement in the speed and effectiveness of learning. UNESCO has acknowledged its effectiveness, and Educational Technology magazine noted it can compress a two-year language course into as few as 20 days.

Our purpose is to uplift human consciousness through socially responsible business — which includes transforming how business education actually works.

When should I arrive?

Your investment includes two days prior to the program start. We encourage arriving on Thursday to settle in, connect with fellow participants, and enjoy the resort. The program officially begins Saturday at midday.

When does the program end?

The program concludes with an awards dinner on Saturday evening. We recommend staying a few additional days to follow up on conversations, explore potential collaborations, and enjoy the resort — at your own cost.

Can dietary requirements be accommodated?

Yes, upon request. Each suite also has a full kitchen, so you're welcome to bring your own supplies.

Can I return to BSE after graduating?

Yes — for life, at zero tuition. Once you graduate from BSE, you can return to any Global Excellerated Business School™ anywhere in the world. The principles hit differently at every stage of your business. Most graduates find that returning every few years unlocks a completely new level — because they are a different entrepreneur every time they walk back in.

I'm in my busy season. I can't leave right now.

You just described the exact reason to attend.

If your business can't function without you for eight days, that's not a scheduling problem — that's a structural one. BSE is specifically designed to help you build a business that doesn't require you to be in every room, making every decision, every day. Taking this week is the beginning of solving that problem.

I just don't have the time.

Everyone is busy. The most successful people are usually the busiest — and also the most intentional about when they invest their time in something that changes the trajectory of everything else.

Eight days to shift the next ten years of your business is a leverage calculation, not a sacrifice.

What if I'm not sure it will work for me?

As long as you participate fully, it will work. For nearly five decades, this program has worked for people from every industry, background, culture, and income level. We are confident it will work for you.

That said — BSE is not for everyone. People who prefer keeping things as they are, who don't want to confront what isn't working, or who want to observe rather than participate will not enjoy it. The program requires active engagement. The more you give, the more you get.

I've attended a lot of programs before. What makes this different?

Most programs give you information and enthusiasm. BSE gives you a different kind of thinking — and the environment to practice it before you leave the room.

The biggest difference: this work came from a real business, not a classroom. The principles were proven in the market first, then taught. The experiential format — games, simulations, team exercises — means you're not just learning about business. You're doing it, under pressure, with people who have built what you're trying to build. And the learning compounds: each session builds on the one before it, in a way that decades of refinement have made remarkably effective.

I'm not sure I want a global business. Is BSE still relevant to me?

Yes. You don't need to want a global business to benefit from BSE. The principles apply whether you're building a local service business, a regional company, or a global platform. What BSE gives you is clarity on what's possible — and the thinking to pursue it, whatever scale that means for you.

If something about this program piqued your interest — a recommendation, a name you recognized, a phrase that landed — that's worth following. It usually means there's a version of your business, and your life, that you haven't fully seen yet.

Are there people who should NOT attend?

Yes.

If you prefer keeping things within the status quo — BSE will challenge that. If you'd rather observe than participate — BSE is built on active engagement.

If you're not willing to look honestly at what isn't working — BSE will ask you to.

If you want to win at others' expense — BSE is built on collaboration and mutual success.

For everyone else: this is the room.
